A New Year and New Start

 

Now that family holidays are behind us, we each gear for the New Year with personal improvement on our minds. With these possibilities — we see Another Chance!

**New Years Resolutions For the Positive**

 Ø   Get a good nights’ sleep. Take the time to relax and unwind, heal.

Ø   Plan for a vacation, not only a goal but something to look forward to in the future.

Ø   Surround yourself with positive, supportive people.

Ø   Get yourself up and about….jump, walk, dance, move!

Ø   Take pictures (most of us have a phone that features a camera) of things that make you smile, you may need a boost someday!

 Life can be a challenge at times. If met with an upbeat outlook, changes we never even counted on can come our way!
