I-40E to Wilmington, Pick up Hwy 17S towards Myrtle Beach and South Brunswick Islands. Follow Hwy 17S to Mile Marker 11. 9/10ths mile past Mile Marker 11 turn left onto Ocean Isle Beach Highway. Follow until you cross the bridge and see the ocean. At stop sign turn right. Ocean Isle Inn is first property on left.

From Myrtle Beach, SC/areas south:
Hwy 17N to Mile Marker 10. Turn Right onto Ocean Isle Beach Highway. Follow until you cross the bridge and see the ocean. At stop sign turn right. Ocean Isle Inn is first property on left.

From Charlotte, NC area:
Highway 74E to Whiteville. In Whiteville, pick up Hwy 130E to Shallotte. In Shallotte, pick up Hwy 17S. Follow Hwy 17S to Mile Marker 11. 9/10ths mile past Mile Marker 11 turn left onto Ocean Isle Beach Highway. Follow until you cross the bridge and see the ocean. At stop sign turn right. Ocean Isle Inn is first property on left.
