Welcome to Ocean Isle Beach's most visited hotel, Ocean Isle Inn. Located on North Carolina's beautiful beach where no matter the season, there is always something to do. Before your trip to visit our gorgeous coast, here are some important information that can make your trip even more relaxing.

FAQ:

1. When is check-in time? - You can check in anytime after 4:00 pm. When you are ready to start your vacation, visit the office and we will gladly get you settled in. If you arrive before check-in time, please let us know you've arrived early.

2. Where can I park? - Parking is always FREE and right on-site at Ocean Isle Inn. Relax comfortably knowing that your vehicle is safe while you enjoy your vacation.

3. What am I charged when I reserve my room? - You are only charged at check in.

4. What is the cancellation policy? - When booking direct with us - you may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours in advance without penalty. Please note - if you have booked through a third party (Expedia, Booking, etc) - please refer to their specific cancellation policy.

5. What is required to book a room? - A valid credit card is required to book a room.  When checking in - you must present identification and a valid credit card in the name the room was reserved under for the balance of your stay and incidentals.

6. How old do you have to be to check-in? - You must be 21 to check into the hotel.

7. Are pets allowed? - Unfortunately pets are not permitted in the rooms, balconies, pool areas, or garden areas.

8. Is Ocean Isle Inn Smoke-free? - Yes, Ocean Isle Inn is a smoke-free zone unless stated in the designated smoking areas on property. Smoking is also not allowed on balconies, in our pool areas, or our garden areas.

9. What can/should I bring on my visit? - Items you may want to bring during your trip:

1. Beach Towels - Ocean Isle Inn will provide quality towels for you and your guests to use for our indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the Jacuzzi. We do ask that you not bring them on your visit to the beach though.
2. Coolers to keep your water and other beverages cold while you swim in our pools or play on the beach. Glassware is not allowed in either of these locations.
3. Sand Toys to build that perfect sand castle or to dig in the sand. Nothing is better than playing on the beach with the family.
4. Pool floats are allowed in the pools so please bring them for your children or for yourself to lay back and relax in. (Over-sized pool floats or 2 person pool floats are not allowed).
5. Sunscreen is always advised. Our sun creates the most beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and the perfect temperature for vacations but its always better to be safe than sorry.
6. A shell bag to collect all the shells you will find while strolling along our coastline. It is the best way to collect the perfect treasures from your stay in Ocean Isle Beach.
7. Your favorite book or your tablet to fully relax and enjoy your trip. We even offer a small library on site for guests to borrow a book or two.

10. When is checkout? - Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you need anything or have any questions during the final stages of your vacation, please do not hesitate to contact the front desk.

11. Is there breakfast available onsite? - Ocean Isle Inn hosts the best continental breakfast on the beach. Don't worry about stepping out before your day gets started, just join us in our dinning room overlooking the pool daily from 7am - 10am.

12. What hours are the pools open? - Both the indoor and outdoor pool are open daily from 8am - 11pm. The outdoor pool is not heated. During inclement weather, we recommend swimming in our indoor pool with hot tub.
